Dress rental policy
Reservation & Deposit
To reserve a dress, a deposit must be paid.
Once the deposit is received, the reservation is final and cannot be canceled.
Rental Period
Dresses can be picked up 2–3 days before your event, and in special cases, earlier pickup may be allowed depending on availability.
Dresses must be returned 1–2 days after the event.
Dress Care & Fees
Any damage, marks, or wear beyond normal use will require a repair fee.
Late returns may include a late charge.
Cleaning and maintenance are handled exclusively by our team. Any washing, dry cleaning, or alterations by customers are not permitted.
Appointment & Dress Selection
Sessions are 30 minutes long.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least one day in advance.
If you would like a specific dress, let us know before your appointment so we can confirm availability.
Agreement & Confirmation
Upon receiving your dress, you will sign a confirmation outlining all rental terms and responsibilities.
Delivery Option
For clients living farther away, we may offer exclusive delivery in certain cases with a small additional fee.
A refundable deposit will be required when the dress is delivered.
Final Note
We aim to make your dress rental easy, luxurious, and worry-free, and by reserving, you agree to care for the dress and follow the terms in the agreement.
