Dress rental policy



    Reservation & Deposit


    • To reserve a dress, a deposit must be paid.

    • Once the deposit is received, the reservation is final and cannot be canceled.



    Rental Period


    • Dresses can be picked up 2–3 days before your event, and in special cases, earlier pickup may be allowed depending on availability.

    • Dresses must be returned 1–2 days after the event.


    Dress Care & Fees


    • Any damage, marks, or wear beyond normal use will require a repair fee.

    • Late returns may include a late charge.

    •  

      Cleaning and maintenance are handled exclusively by our team. Any washing, dry cleaning, or alterations by customers are not permitted.

       



    Appointment & Dress Selection


    • Sessions are 30 minutes long.

    • If you need to cancel, please do so at least one day in advance.

    • If you would like a specific dress, let us know before your appointment so we can confirm availability.



    Agreement & Confirmation


    • Upon receiving your dress, you will sign a confirmation outlining all rental terms and responsibilities.



    Delivery Option


    • For clients living farther away, we may offer exclusive delivery in certain cases with a small additional fee.

    • A refundable deposit will be required when the dress is delivered.



    Final Note

    • We aim to make your dress rental easy, luxurious, and worry-free, and by reserving, you agree to care for the dress and follow the terms in the agreement.
